Butt Implant

Butt implant will give women a more upturned, rounder, smoother and more shaped butt that is proportional to your body. 4 – 5 cm incisions will be made from the fold in the middle of your butt, and then the implant will be carefully placed under your muscle.

Why Might I Need A Butt Implant?

You may need this procedure if you have flat lines due to the lack of sufficient fat in your butt, or if you have either a sagged butt or a butt with disproportionate volume.

If you’re a women, then liposuction combined with an implant will give your butt extra shape with the help of extra fat transfer.

If you’re a man, you may want this procedure because you have a flat, massless butt even though you do sports too much. Men and women have different muscle and fat positioning and strengths their butt area. Men thus receive a different surgery to prevent having a feminine looking bottom – no fat transfer is conducted.

    Butt implants will:

    • Give you more muscular and masculine hips (men)
    • Give you rounder and voluminous hips (women)
    • Rid you of flat, shapeless hips.

    Also,

    • Your implants will be permanent – so will have your new hips!

Dr. Ozsular will first listen to your complaints and expectations and questions during the examination to see whether you are suitable for this surgery or not. Important details are the structure of your body, your weight and height, previous history of butt fillers (if relevant). Keys to guide the operation are the natural structure of your butt and whether it needs shaping or not.

The plan for the location of the implant is certain. It is placed under the muscle. Dr. Ozsular will determine an implant range that will be suitable for your body depending on your physique– of course, whilst keeping your expectations in mind as well.

Implants won’t be enough if you have cellulite and want a smooth, hipless, and rounded butt. You’ll also need liposuction and possibly small fat transfers.

Anesthesia planning is conducted after necessary examinations and analyses are requested. Typically, general anesthesia is preferred.

First, Dr. Ozsular may tell you to temporarily stop using certain medications before the surgery– in which case you should do so. (If you take aspirin or any form of anticoagulant, tell Dr. Ozsular and continue only if he tells you to do so.

Try to reduce how much salt you consume as well a few days before the surgery. This will reduce your risk of developing edema.

You are allowed to eat as well as drink water until 00:00 (12 AM) the night before your surgery. Since the surgery will be conducted with general anesthesia, you will need to fast for at least six hours prior to the procedure. (If you forget to do so, your surgery may be postponed or canceled.)

    Don’t put on make-up.

Don’t wear nail polish or enamel.

Don’t wear wigs. Don’t wear any jewelry (including piercings) – your body should be free of metal.

Also, don’t forget to put together an overnight bag – including loose clothes (preferably with zippers/buttons). – before you come in for the surgery. You also should wear comfortable sneakers.

On the morning of the operation, you will be taken to your room. Dr. Ozsular and his assistant will come and visit you.

Operation will start at the time specified. Since the operation will be performed with general anesthesia, you will sleep and your doctor will begin to shape your body.

First, a 4-5 cm incision will be made in the fold of the middle of your butt and opened. Opening the incisions from these folds will hide your scars. Next, the implant is placed under the muscle fibers (gluteus maximus).

Its placement under muscle is important because your butt will visibly bounce even with the slightest of movement if not. When done right, your butt will look natural.

Here, where the implant gets placed is crucial. If it is placed above the target area, then there will be no natural transition between your waist fold and your butt. If it isn’t placed high enough, then your butt won’t look upturned or full. Location is everything!

If liposuction and stem cell-enrich fat transfer (after purification) are planned, these procedures are performed!

The stem cell-enriched fat will support you to have a rounder, plumper, and more upturned butt.

As your own fat is being used, it won’t conflict with the implant.

The procedure will leave you with thinner, more proportional waist and new butt.

Last, whilst you’re still under general anesthesia, you’ll be dressed in your corsets, and then slowly woken up.

You don’t feel pain or aching because your body will be still under the effects of the anesthesia and analgesics. In other words, you’ll wake up comfortably.

You may feel dizzy and drowsy caused by anesthesia for the first few hours– this is normal and temporary.

Dr. Ozsular and his assistant will visit you afterwards and tell you how the surgery went.

About 4 hours after surgery, you’ll be able to start eating like a light soup.

You’ll stay at the hospital overnight after surgery.

If you have a drain during the operation, it will be removed the following day.

You may develop slight ecchymosis or edema depending on how your body reacts to the trauma – this, too, is normal and temporary.

Since the operation is performed under general anesthesia, you won’t feel any pain whatsoever. During your stay in hospital afterwards, you’ll be given strong analgesics so that you don’t feel stiff or any discomfort. Upon discharge, you’ll be prescribed analgesics for 2 or 3 more days to keep you feeling comfortable.

You’ll need to rest for the first five days. You may have trouble sitting, standing and walking. You are not allowed to run or to lift anything heavy, and you must protect your new butt from any impact. Although it is an interesting and exciting process, you shouldn’t remove your corset either.

Don’t forget to take your medications as they’ve been prescribed to you.

Your first control will take place 3 to 5 days after the surgery.

Throughout the process, Dr. Ozsular’s assistant will keep in touch with you.

You’ll be able to go for walks, return to work, and return back to your normal life a week later – provide you avoid doing any heavy labor.

You’ll need to wait two months to return to doing heavy sports (e.g. swimming, diving, and skiing).

You’ll need to wear your uplift corset for another 6 weeks after the surgery.

You’ll sit with special pillows during the first 6 weeks. Afterwards, you won’t need them if you sit for short periods. However, if you sit for long periods, you’ll need to use the pillow for an extra 2 to 4 weeks..

Three to six months later, you’ll begin to see your newly plumped and rounded hip lines in full force. Enjoy!

Your new hips will make you look beautiful and natural.

Butt implant is ideal for anyone over age 18 – regardless of gender. If you’re a woman, you shouldn’t be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Some women go for this surgery because they don’t have enough fat in their bodies to have their butts shaped. Those preferring this operation simply want to see permanent and exact results. During BBL, your body absorbs much of the transferred fat – meaning that it will take longer for you to see the results.

In order to go through this surgery, you should have no previous history of filler injection in your butt. If you do, you are at risk of developing infection. Therefore, chose your procedure wisely.

If you’ve already had implant surgery and request correction, then your implant will be removed first. If you recover properly, then you’ll be eligible for a new implant 3 to 6 months later.

If you’ve had BBL, then you can benefit butt implant too!

Women who want a full, upturned butt, lack excess fat, and men who want a tight and muscular bottom (even though they do sports) are ideal patients.

This surgery will feature 4-5 cm incisions, and thus will leave scars – but these will disappear over time depending on how fast you recovery. However, your plastic surgeon will skillfully hide them in the fold in the middle of your butt. No one will notice them because they’ll be hidden beneath your bikini/underwear.

Yes, they are – and they give you more assertive and permanent results than BBL. They won’t melt into your body. If the implant is successful positioned, then it will remain with you for many years.

Dr. Ozsular will prescribe regular massages for you.

If you are inactive and gain excessive weight during pregnancy, your butt may enlarge, thus impacting your results. That said, if you return back to your original weight after you’ve given birth, then your butt will return to normal as well and your implant will keep its shape despite fat loss.

If you develop cellulite along your hips due to your butt loosening up, then try to correct the problem through exercise first. If nothing changes, it is possible to regain form by performing minor corrections via liposuction and fat transfer.

Your butt and body will take their shape when your edema subsides – which will depend on the nature of your body and how well you’ve followed the postoperative orders. You’ll begin to start see about three months after surgery – at which point, enjoy your new body! Butt implant surgery yields results faster than BBL.

In plastic surgeries, we perform body shaping and repositioning processes. However, we cannot prevent you from gaining weight afterwards. After the operation, you must take good care of your body, eat a balanced and healthy diet, and include sports or walking as a part of your daily life. A small amount of weight gains won’t affect your body’s proportion. For example, if – through surgery – we were to shape your waist and butt to 62 and 92 cm, and then you were to gain several kilograms, that ratio would climb proportionally such as  64 and 95 cm, etc.

However, if you gain a large amount of weight, then your body’s proportions and shape will ultimately deteriorate. If such is the case, then you may require more extensive liposuction.

The more you surgeries, more their success rate will drop. It will also cause more visible scars and prolong recovery periods.

Silicone implants are safely and widely used in breast and butt-based plastic surgeries.

Silicone implant is a non-allergic and neutral material which the body never rejects. People can mostly use it for years without suffering any problems. However, we can say this using well-known, reliable and certified implant brands that come with a certificate of warranty.

Implants are materials we use to obtain a desired image in gluteoplasty. Implants that are of high quality, well-recognized, reliable, certified, and under warranty should be preferred– since they are smooth. Moreover, they don’t contain any allergen. It moreover won’t rupture under pressure or impact.

If you’ve had local permanent fillers done before, then you can’t have an implant done. There is risk of allergy. If you’ve had semi-permanent fillers done, then you have to wait many years first for your body to completely absorb the filler.

Implants should only be placed at hospitals in a well-equipped and sterile operating room/theatre, by experienced doctors. Failure to do so can cause allergic reaction, swelling, itching, and inflammation.

In short, be careful in who you chose to perform your surgery, where, and with what material.

Butt implants are great if you have no sufficient adipose tissues, and you want:

    • Permanent, stable, and more exact results
    • A smooth, curvy, and only upturned bottom
    • A fuller more studly/masculine butt (for men)
    • A more feminine full butt (for women)

Consult Dr. Ozsular today to learn more about this surgery and to get an examination.

For the first week after the surgery, you’ll have to sit on a special pillow that will help maintain your butt’s shape after surgery.

Yes, when you return to your normal life. You’ll need to follow a combination of a healthy diet and sports if you want to maintain both your weight and your butt’s new shape for a longer period. That said, you shouldn’t engage in sports that involve intensive squat-like movements because they activate – and thus harm – the gluteus maximus muscle.

Our patients frequently ask us this. They may want to correct other parts of their body esthetically all in one shot and wake up beautiful since they are already anesthetized and a one-week rest period is arranged for the post-operative period.

In short, the answer is yes, you can have more than one surgery done at the time. However, Dr. Ozsular will examine you first and make decision based on your blood values, age, the overall condition of your health, and why you want more than one surgery at once.

If he sees no problems, he may carry out more than one procedure.
