Data Owner Application

By applying to the data supervisor (Surgeon Yavuz ÖZSULAR), the relevant people have the right to learn whether or not their personal data are processed, to request them if processed, to request the correction in case the content of the data is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or disposal if they are against the laws, to request the notification of the transactions to be taken accordingly to the third parties to whom the data has been disclosed, and to demand the indemnification of the damages caused by unlawful processing of data.

At our clinic, your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, are processed with the title of a “Data supervisor” as defined in Article 3 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
