The Use Of Corset
Corsets are used after certain plastic surgery procedures to help your newly shaped body (part) properly set. They also are used to: keep edema (due to the operation) under control/reduce it, put pressure on incision lines, control your dressing, make you more comfortable, and ensure that the surgery’s outcome is more successful – if the doctor recommends you wear one, that is.
You should wear a corset only for as long and as tight as Dr. Ozsular tells you too. Doing otherwise could damage your sutures.
