Correct Bra Size
Correct Bra Size
Learn what your correct bra size is in two easy steps:
Step 1 – BODY SIZE: Take a tape measure, wrap it – neither too tightly to too loosely – around your upper torso 1 cm beneath your breasts (under the fold), and measure yourself. Next, take that measurement (i.e. your body size) and use the table below to find out what your bra size is.
UNDERBUST SIZE (cm) | BRA SIZE TUR / EUR |
Between 68 and 72 cm | 70 / 32 |
Between 73 and 77 cm | 75 / 34 |
Between 78 and 82 cm | 80 / 36 |
Between 83 and 87 cm | 85 / 38 |
Between 88 and 92 cm | 90 / 40 |
Between 93 and 97 cm | 95 / 45 |
Between 98 and 102 cm | 100 / 50 |
Between 103 and 107 cm | 105 /46 |
After you find your bra size, now let’s find what your bra cup size is.
Step 2 – CUP SIZE: Cup size refers to the volume of your actual breast, as follows: A(smallest), B, C, D, E (largest). To learn your cup size, take a tape measure, wrap it – neither too tightly to too loosely – around your body starting from the widest/most forward part of your breasts to your back, and measure yourself. Next, take that measurement (i.e. your breast girth) and compare it with the table below. And presto, your cup size!

Dr. Ozsular will recommend that you use a corset first, and then a sports bra for a certain period after surgery.
As soon as you heal, you can begin wearing normal bras – albeit don’t forget to use uplift bra for your first 3 to 6 months.
