When the embryo has still the shape of a dot, they form the endoderm-ectoderm-mesoderm. Embryonic stem cells have the ability to shape shift. Just a few of them all form organs, blood, skin, muscle, bone, hair, internal organs, nervous system, and hormonal system. They can also renew themselves an unlimited number of times and transform into tissues and organs. Theoretically speaking, they could also treat many diseases. However, no proven or approved treatment that uses embryonic stem cells exists as of yet.<\/p><p>\u00a0As soon as we are born, we then have adult stem cells. Adult stem cells can help repair the body and regenerate bodily tissue. One can mechanically extract them from either bone marrow and by purifying it from blood by apheresis, or from fat tissue by liposuction. Stem cells taken from a newborn\u2019s umbilical cord are also adult stem cells. Babies and children host a large number of somatic cells (i.e. adult stem cells) \u2013 albeit that number drops dramatically as they get older.<\/p><p>Adult stem cells have been successfully used in many fields and treatment of a whole range of diseases. Since they belong to the own tissue of the person, there is almost no risk of tissue rejection.<\/p><p>Where on your body your stem cells get extracted from depends on what your needs are. People used to think that stem cells could only be obtained from the bone marrow. That\u2019s not true. Modern researches conducted through advances in technology have made it possible to extract up to 500 times more stem cells from adipose (fat) tissue than from bone marrow. Adipose tissue is the most abundant on the body, and thus the easiest source for doctors to extract stem cells. Back in 2011, Time Magazine selected the derivation of stem cell from adipose tissue as one of the fifty most important inventions of that year. Aesthetic and plastic surgeons have moreover successfully dealt with, studied, and improved upon this.<\/p><p>Today, researchers are obtaining stem cells from adipose tissue via liposuction and purifying them using special filters. That said, they can be:<\/p><ul><li>Directly transferred into your body or,<\/li><li>Reproduced and transferred in special laboratories<\/li><li>Transferred via nano fat grafts<\/li><li>Transferred
